vandreadstriker Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 (edited) I see that you can get the ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z in one of the shops (http://www.theitwares.com/asus-maximus-genez-1155-intel-hdmi-sata-6gbs-micro-intel-motherboard-p-2271.html) It's a very great board, and since you're not going to Xfire or SLI then I think it's a great choice. Here's what I can find: ASUS Maximus IV Gene-Z (http://www.theitwares.com/asus-maximus-genez-1155-intel-hdmi-sata-6gbs-micro-intel-motherboard-p-2271.html) 13,500 i5 2500K (http://www.theitwares.com/intel-core-2500k-sandy-bridge-33ghz-37ghz-turbo-boost-256kb-cache-cache-1155-quadcore-desktop-processor-bx80623i52500k-p-2218.html) 12,850 G.Skill Sniper 8GB (http://www.theitwares.com/gskill-sniper-240pin-ddr3-sdram-ddr3-1600-12800-desktop-memory-model-f312800cl9d8gbsr-p-2254.html) 3,300 Noctua NH-D14 (http://www.theitwares.com/noctua-nhd14-120mm-140mm-cooler-p-328.html) 5,250 SeaSonic S12II 620W (http://www.theitwares.com/seasonic-s12ii-bronze-620w-atx12v-v291-plus-bronze-certified-active-power-supply-p-956.html) 4,600 CoolerMaster HAF 932 (http://www.theitwares.com/cooler-master-rc932kkn1gp-black-steel-full-tower-computer-case-retail-p-376.html) 9,450 Total: 48,500 With a cheaper case you'll land right at your budget range, Maybe the Corsair 400R (If you can find a 500R, the better) http://www.theitwares.com/corsair-carbide-series-400r-graphite-grey-black-steel-tower-gaming-case-p-2291.html Edited January 31, 2012 by vandreadstriker

Just to bring down the price, how about this Mobo - http://www.vortez.net/articles_pages/gigabyte_ga_z68ap_d3_review,1.html And If i get the XFX core Edition 650w for the same price as seasonic 620w, should I go for it? or the seasonic would be better? The Seasonic over the XFX and do not get that mobo if you ever plan on overclocking the 5+1 phase power supply is light to say the least although that doesn't really matter too much with SB and the 4 pin CPU power socket is really, really lacking in power for a z68 mobo. Edit: If you really want cheaper this ASUS P8Z68-V LE will do the job. Edited January 31, 2012 by Stonerboy779

Lastly, 1600mhz Memory is good enough, right?(For an OC'd CPU)

Lastly, 1600mhz Memory is good enough, right?(For an OC'd CPU) You probably would want to try and see if you could get the Gen3 version then the normal one.. As I know, it's one of the requirements to get an IB running on it later on if you want to. Yeah, with luck you can try to OC it to 1866 but I prefer to just tighten the timings

d6bmg Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 Suggestion from another guy from India: (local prices) i5-2500K @12K Asus P8Z68 V-PRO @13.4K G.Skill RipjawsX 8GB (2x 4GB) @3.1K Noctua NH-D14 @5.2K SeaSonic S12II 750W @5.4K Corsair 400R @4.7K Total: 43.8K You may add full tower HAF 932 if you can increase your budget. Another thing, these are street prices. Oh yes, local market sucks. :-(
d6bmg Posted January 31, 2012 Posted January 31, 2012 My budget is Rs. 40 - 45k. Give me newegg links for products that are not listed. I would like to say another thing. If you can import your components via parents, relatives staying in USA, then you will get components at very good price. (which I do)
