I can't think of a single thing I'm really missing with DX10 versus DX11. Tesselation? Yeah, not in its current implementation. What else? MLAA? Pointless, since FXAA works just fine at a lesser performance penalty. The only compelling reason to upgrade would be reduced power consumption and/or higher performance. I don't care all that much about the former and the latter is useless since I can crank pretty much everything (not that I'm opposed to dropping settings for playability anyway).
