WTB graphics card

Recommended Posts

So I am finally going to finish my new system and I need a good graphics card. I'm not sure exactly what I want but I want something at least as powerfull as a 560ti. I plan on cross-firing 2 cards so let me know what you guys have. If I can find the right pair of cards I will pay up to $400. ATI/Nvidia doesn't matter.

I've got a couple of cards available that I might be willing to sell.

MSI N580GTX Twin Frozr II/OC (reference PCB)

ASUS ENGTX560 TI DCII/2DI/1GD5 (not sure if it's a reference PCB)

MSI/ASUS/(2)EVGA GTX 460 1GB's (will sell two of them)

Last I checked, shipping to Canada even via USPS (the cheapest), was usually around $25 - $40 more depending on the size of the package.

How much do you want for the 580?

I'm looking to sell it for $425 shipped in the U.S., it comes pretty much brand new in box with all the covers and accessories. I only benched it for an hour to get screenshots so people know it works right out of the box:

It could do wonders when watercooled, but the core temps stay pretty good under load at 1100mV's with the fan at ~50%.

I wouldn't mind splitting the costs for shipping to Canada.

I'm still looking for a card(s). Thinking about that 580...

you can pick up a 6970 for less than 400 new, get one now and one once 7 series comes out, or if you can wait the 7870 is meant to be as powerful as the 6970 and cost around 250 at launch

  • 2 weeks later...

I have a GTX480 that I would sell to you for $250 plus Shipping. This one has been a test card for a while. Usage has been barely over 100 hours if that.

60FPS in skyrim on high and 30-40 on ultra
