LuckyDeath Posted June 20, 2011 Posted June 20, 2011 Is your performance unsatisfying right now? If it is, then the 6950 would almost certainly help. The c2d won't bottleneck it unless its a CPU-intensive game, and even then the GPU is still responsible for the bulk of your performance. Is your CPU being stressed to 80-100% during your gaming? Monitor CPU usage when you game and if its not at 100%, then monitor your GPU usage... chances are, it IS at 100%, and theres your bottleneck.
