bigball1 Posted April 17, 2011 Posted April 17, 2011 That mat be with no separation between them though, if you've got 2 extra fans you may as well give it a go. This things is going to be more fans then actual cooler
MercuryDoun Posted April 17, 2011 Posted April 17, 2011 This things is going to be more fans then actual cooler Lol, Either way it looks cool! Too bad it doesnt work very well. If you ever get a full custom loop shrouds help them quite a bit i hear. So you could always use them for that one day.

hardnrg Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 Any tips or ideas as to why it didnt work that well? Try the fans pointing out (exhaust) to the back of the case rather than pulling in... you should end up with cooler air in the case, since the way it is now, all the heat pulled off the CPU is exhausted into your case, adding to the temperature of all components. This is how you should have it, but really you also need some better fans... pretty much any 38mm fan will give you the static pressure you need for radiator cooling. WIth the shrouds, yeah, it'll be a FAT sandwich... quiet 25mm thick fans are pretty low-performance on radiators The shrouds look ace
