k1e1v1i1n Posted August 15, 2010 Posted August 15, 2010 first i am only getting 250-300 PPD using a 965 @ 4.0 and second i am only running at 25% usage. can someone walk me through getting it to use all the cores and tell me what kinda PPD i should expect. I was getting very low PPD since it wasn't using all the cores -- I saw a huge increase when I did the following. Go to the F@H website and download the SMP2 client available near the bottom of this page: http://folding.stanford.edu/English/DownloadWinOther They have an installation guide for using SMP on the same site, which gives very detailed step by step instructions: http://folding.stanford.edu/English/WinSMPGuide Hopefully those sites will get you pointed in the right direction, if not please post where you're stuck, and thanks for contributing!
