Ghost2520 Posted January 20, 2004 Posted January 20, 2004 I have the discs for a Mcafee Virus Scanner and Firewall, but its the 2000 edition. That is pretty old but on the thing it says I have support for 1 years worth of updates. If I install this old thing, will it update to the 2004 edition? Or only the 2001 Edition? I dont think they mean actaul new updates like from 2000 to 2004. At least thats how norton does it. And she was like "No someone told me that when we update our 2000 model it brings it to the 2004 model, we won't have to ever buy it again." Well proved her wrong. Hopefully we can get it soon.
