ok so i have my setup all ready

AMD Quad Core Phenom II X4 965 125 Watt Black Edition 3.4GHz

Asus M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 AMD 890GX

Sapphire ATI Radeon 5970 OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express

2X G.Skill Ripjaw 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-16000C9 2000MHz

750W ATX Power Supply

Western Digital Caviar Black 2TB

what would be the best cooling to use, note i do not want any extreme or expensive cooling, and preferably not water unless its cheap

i want to overclock it to 4GHz but i will obviously need to upgrade the fan. i do not want anything too hard to fit or anything that is too expensive

max

thank you for your recomendations so far

what i ment by "too hard to fit" is like custom built water cooling, something where you just screw a bracket onto the board and then screwing the fan onto the bracket wont be hard

once again, thanks for the recomendations

EDIT: okay after looking at a few recomendations by a few different forums which would you recomend?

I'm at work behind a big stinky proxy that doesn't let me see anything eBay. What are the options?

THERMALRIGHT Ultra-120 eXtreme Rev.C Micro Heatsink

with

two Scythe S-FLEX SFF21G 1900rpm 120mm S-FDB Case Fan 12cm

or

For that budget the Noctua is the only way to go.

What he said! The TRUE is great, but even with two good fans I doubt it will outperform the stock NH-D14. Even if it does, you can always swap the stock P-12 and P-14 fans for higher-CFM fans (and stay well under $150).

could you give me a fan that would be good to swap the stock ones with?
