Praz Posted April 13, 2010 Posted April 13, 2010 The individual core temps displayed for AMD processors are more or less useless. The temps in those screenshots are pretty much right on for the X6 processors that have been released so far.
The Smith Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 Shows 800MHz because of Cool n' Quiet and/or C1E. The 4200MHz screenshots were done with 2 cores disabled. Benching with all six cores will require a bit more voltage then that. Aha I didn't notice that there were two cores disabled. Still, it's an improvement! _TheAlexO Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 so 2 cores were disabled for the entire testing? i cant understand what most of those graphs are even saying
Waco Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 32&64 bit only matters with memory. (So I am told) It has nothing to do with benching results as far as processor speed only benchmarks. It depends wildly upon the application being run.

For stability with 6 cores 1.45V at 4000MHz with 8GB of memory will be a more realistic configuration.
