Ridiculous DDR2 Prices!

Do you do any overclocking? If yes then i'd say ddr2 800 would be worth it for the extra headroom. If you don't overclock then the 667 will probably be all you need.

 

I only do some minor OC'ing. I have had an Intel board for years, so its been confined to my Video card. I don't plan on doing much, just some for small boost in performance. I think the 667 will be fine.
