shiver_8 Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 Um okay basically on my 750i evga mb and e8400 i set the cpu n/2 ratio to enabled to get 9.5x multi and in cpuid it shows its only at 9x. At 9.5x its at 4ghz but at 9 its at 3.7 something on a 1685 fsb. Why is it doing this and can i fix it?
ccokeman Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 I think there might be something in bios to actually enable the .5 multiplier.

Waco Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 (edited) Your chip doesn't support anything over a 9x multiplier... Edited February 28, 2009 by Thewacokid
