powsmowl Posted September 26, 2007 Posted September 26, 2007 starting yesterday, ive noticed random brusts of lag in many situations, such as surfing the web, gaming or running a virus scan, that my cpu usage randomly jumps to 100%..now while surfing the web normally its <10%, gaming and scanning for viruses it usually never goes above 80% (css/wow etc)..now when its randomly at 100%, my computer gets so slow that music stops playing and everything just stands still... anyone know what this could be? ive ran a complete virus scan and it didnt find anything, and i didnt do anything out of the ordinary yesterday when it started happening either Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Coors Posted September 26, 2007 Posted September 26, 2007 I would probably try to find out which process is taking up the cpu usage.
