as I said, memory isn't important, it is that CPU Mhz that is the king on AMD's (and on Core2's really).

 

If you read that link I provided, you would see that you have to move down the divider list pretty far before memory bandwidth starts interfering with performance.

 

200x12 @ 2400Mhz is going to be 1% to 3% slower than 240x10 @ 2400Mhz.

 

And that really only depends on the program/app you are running too.

 

2400Mhz, no matter how you get there, is going to be better than 2300Mhz, no matter how you get there (again, unless you used such a low divider like 133 or 125 or 100, which starts to induce performance penalties)
