A-Data RAM sticks? Good luck with that stuff. Ya got some serious tweakin" ahead of ya.

Cheers!

:)

edit: just noticed your PSU.. is not really an enthusiast board (read DFI-Street "A" list) PSU.. consider upgrading to a better one like OCZ, Corsair or so.

well its not my ram or psu because i see the problem now when i oc my pcie and pci goes up and that cause it to crash.

Well..the PSU (a good one) provides clean power with enough amps on the rails and that helps the system in a big way not to crash.. All power supplies are not created equal some are more equal than others. (paraphrase from George Orwell's 1984)That is why there is a list of approved and "don't buy" PSUs.

Hey..your system.. your choice.

cheers

:)

Also, why are you trying to OC the PCIe bus, especially before you've gotten your rig stable with a CPU/memory overclock? It's impossible to change more than 1 setting at once and know which one is causing the problem. Read the guides, and start over changing one setting at a time. The two links in my sig courtesy of Praz will lead you in the right direction.
