I was thinking about getting:

Case: Lian-Li PC-7AW Plus Silver Aluminum Mid-Tower ATX Case

with 120mm fans (1 front, 1 back, 1 top, 2 side)

Case fans: 5 SILVERSTONE FN121 120mm Case Fans

Mother board: DFI LANPARTY UT NF590 SLI-M2R/G Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 590 SLI MCP ATX AMD Motherboard

Power Supply: OCZ OCZ600ADJSLI ATX12V 2.01, ATX, BTX, SATA, P4, and EPS12V 600W Power Supply

Memory: OCZ Gold 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory

Proc: havent decided yet not sure if i want the (65w) or a 1m L2 Cache (could use soem help on that too)

Fan/heatsink: need help with this as thread title

Graphics Cards: two eVGA 7900 GTO's (for some reason newegg took it off tonight?) might have to settle for two eVGA 512-P2-N637-AR GeForce 7950GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 KO Superclocked

Well this is what i want to buy any tips and such would do fine by me thanks to all who have replied i really appreciate it.

First, welcome to the "Street"!

Second, please make a "SIG" as per the rules of the forum. This will save you from being banned for 5 days.

Last, the only change that I would recommend is your choice of PSU's. I would suggest buying an OCZ GXS 600/700, instead of the PS 600 ADJSLI.

Good luck!

OK, thanks ill look into it already looked at it tonight after you suggested it, and it seems like it would even be cheaper and the lesser eVGA one is about 200 bucks cheaper and only 75 mhz slower with a tad bit lower interface as well but it doesnt look like its enough to see a difference, i dunno but thanks for tip :P

I believe that with the big version of the Typhoon, you've gotta change the mounting bracket which is a lot of hassle.

Heh, I've modded just about everything in one way or another.

The fan I have on the Big T now is from a coolermaster heatsink.

It's not a common size fan at 100mm, but it's a nice blue and has great fins for air flow with a max speed of 3200rpm.

I was able to use the grill from the Big T in a strange way, but it's looks and flows air nice.

Check it out.

This pic may help a bit, I used the t-bone bracket that came with the Big Typhoon and mounted it to the brackets from an AM2 heatsink from OCZ.

The Tempest 92mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler which even with a tornado fan still ran only a bit below the stock one.

You may just be able to order the bracket and screw set, anyway this is the sink.

And the 2 brackets I used from this set.
