Darkerick: your best option for now would be just to goto a free host and upload your pages there either through an ftp client or through a page that allows you to upload files which most free hosts have.... you can either google for free homepages or just goto some place like www.geocities.com or www.brinkster.com which was mentioned above... they may not be the greatest hosts in the world but at this point that's not something you should really be worried about.
