Best way to moniter tempature.

What software do you use to moniter cpu temp and other critical stats?

I dont have a laser thermometer and wondered what everyone thought was the most accurate program.

i use MotherBoardMonitor 5 and the config files form Sound x98

I've always used EVEREST home edition, however they stopped offering it free. I think many use SmartGaurdian that comes with the mobo drivers in addition to MBM5 which edboradz mentioned.

i use MBM5 and MBMLog. see the pics in the sig for current readouts of my MBMLog. make sure to get the setup file for MBM5 from the link in the previous post.

 

for my ATI card, i use ATITool which will output the GPU temps to a "sensor" that MBM can read and display.

If you have an infinity, the only thing I have found to be somewhat reliable (as in not reporting temps that flucate +- 40 degrees is nTune. Even those temps are somewhere between 5 and 10C off.
