supershanks Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 NCQ? is part of the sata 2 spec. your missing relatively little in terms of speed. I got about 81% improvement in burst speed & 8% in sustained speed according to the quick test utility in xp device manager. But that is in a benchmark in day to day running it amounts to not alot.
