Dave_Sz Posted October 18, 2005 Posted October 18, 2005 Doesn't the 4800 have like a 12x multiplier stock? All athlons are unlocked down. Why go down to 9x or 8x?

robo989 Posted October 18, 2005 Posted October 18, 2005 Aye cheers thats what I thought but the thing is I've never needed to use a lower one cos of me vapochill. BUT reason I wanna lower it is because I'll be getting some better ram soon, new EB OCZ 2x1GB and me cpu won't do more than 3ghz so will have to lower multi. thanks for responses Rob

robo989 Posted October 18, 2005 Posted October 18, 2005 yep but its a really crappy fit from an aesthetic point of view. The vapochill front lcd is about 3 inches further back than the front of the case
