Something's Wrong Bad With My Comp...

Recommended Posts

Ok, I don't know if any of you are familiar with a previous post I had about my vid card skipping frames on 3dmark 2k3, it was a Radeon 9800 Pro 256 from GigaCube... I figured it was defective. I just bought a built by ATI Radeon 9800 pro 128 and it does the same thing.... and both of them work fine in my friends comp which has a slower cpu and ram. So, I'm really confused- Here's my comps stats-

P4P800 Deluxe Mobo

Watercooled P4 2.8 ghz

Western Digital 200 Gig hard drive

2* 512 Megs sticks of Kingston Hyper X DDR 3500, Set up as Dual Channel

I don't think you'd need to know anything else.. maybe Bios stuff..

Hyperthreading- On

AGP Aperture- 128 or 256 (According to respective card)

RAM clock speed- 400mhz (I need to learn how to oc it to 433 because my ram is faster)

Super Spread Spectrum- Enabled

Agp Priority -AGP

Running at 8x

I don't know.. any suggestions!! I'm running the Catalyst 3.6's, and it did it with the old ones to.

Thanks,

Mike
