Yea, its the price of it on eBay it seems. I think the specific code I have is NA region only though.
I'd be interested in the skin but DAMN 30$ is too damned high

Just to add on there, if you don't have graves already using the code will give you the character AND the skin. It's a pretty neat feature of the codes.
On the other hand, Riot Graves was also for sale in the store when he was first released (for the duration of PAX) so it's not like there's a huge demand for it.
I personally prefer Hired Gun Graves because he reminds me of Cowboy Beebop.
