cpuz Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 Not me, why not try testing it and post back here your results? I have not used 64 bit due to my concern about finding available drivers for certain hardware.

jhbodle Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 The latest verion, build 1433 RC2, is very good in my opinion. It even supports my bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Very impressive for what is still essentially a beta release. But i'd still run a dual boot system between 32bit WinXP and 64bit Windows. facasi Posted February 27, 2005 Posted February 27, 2005 Jhbodle: since you have both at the same time, have you compare the performance between them? if the 64 bit faster than the 32 bit on your system for some applications?

Dunno about that - it feels a little more 'snappy' than the 32bit version, but it could just be a placebo effect. SuperPi apparently runs faster on 64bit Windows if that's your thing. Otherwise 32bit windows is still quicker for most games at the moment.
