Warped Socket

Recommended Posts

My new DFI infinity has a warped socket. I read in the amdmb forum that DFI was repairing the boards for free including shipping costs. Does DFI still do this? If so who do I contact? I really want to use my slk-948u, but it is too dangerous. :( I don't understand why the socket is warped, this problem was supposed to be fixed a long time ago. :(

I contacted Randy at DFI directly, they are in Hayward Ca

Address and phone # on the http://www.dfi.com.tw site

AG will have to contact them for support as well you might as well go straight to the source since they handle the repair work and here they are just trying to give tech support.RMA approval will come from the Hayward office get them to use thier FedEX account since the board sounds factory defective ,no reason you should have to pay for shipping.I didn't

DFI (San Jose), Inc.

TEL: 1-510-274-8000

FAX: 1-510-274-8012

AG's note: if you list our email addresses, please use the vb tags as our email servers get overloaded with spam and viruses from web bots trawling email addresses on open webpages. I dont have a problem with anyone having all of our emails, but bots have a harder time spamming us if its hidden within vb code
