mrlobber Posted May 27, 2004 Posted May 27, 2004 I've always used only WD drives after a 20gb Fujitsu crashed on my old 1Ghz Thunderbird system. However, at least the WD 80gb JB drive I'm using now is VERY noisy, it makes all my case doing "zumm zumm zumm" all the time despite of being mounted with the rubber pads. Perhaps I just bought a "bad" batch, however, if buying a new drive, I'd probably stick with Seagate or Hitachi. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
