I've been looking at this for a while and just wanted to get some feedback other than the "reviewers" a newegg. It looks pretty sweet and seems to have the ability to overclock well.

 

I was originally going with the ASUS Crosshair, but decided against after reading some horror stories and comparing benchmarks with the DFI.

 

Try not to bust my newb chops too hard. Danke.

unless you already own an FX-62 the money would be much better spent on an intel core 2 duo system. even an e6600 blows it out of the water.

yea, C2D all the way! Anything from a E6300-X6800, whatever fits your price range.

Sorry, I meant feedback about the mobo and not Intel.

Feedback about the motherboard is kind of a mute point.

If you are looking at an AM2 socket motherboard at the moment then you have to consider the core2 equivalent.

 

Considering you are looking at an fx-62 (unless as bigred said, that you already have one), then an intel system is the way to go really.
