It is in great condition I put it into a case as soon as i opened it and never took it out. There are a few scratches on the back however because it slides a little bit inside the case. It comes with brand new earbuds, and 2 sets of earbud covers, 2 year Best Buy Replacement Plan, USB Cable, box, manual, and the CD. It was given to me as a gift in April of 2006. It is one of the black ones. The case is NOT included, my sister wants it for her ipod. Asking $90 shipped, but make an offer on it!!! PayPal is preferred! SOLD TO BIGRED!
