HomerJaySimpson Posted September 4, 2006 Posted September 4, 2006 (edited) I'm looking for an LCD, never had one before so i'm a bit scared of wasting a ton of money on crap... At the minute i'm thinking of these: Pro Lite E1900WS VX922 Ideally i want 19" and widescreen. So far i'm thinking of getting the Iiyama as it's cheaper and widescreen and i like the styling better. But i can't find any reviews on it... I know the Viewsonic is great for games etc, but something about the look puts me off and the price! All i'm really looking for is a widescreen i can play games on without ghosting... Any other recommendations? Propane Posted September 4, 2006 Posted September 4, 2006 you might want to look into BenQ monitors too. I have a friend with them and they are amazing and I will probablly be picking up 1 or 2 of their 21" widescreens soon. There is no ghosting and the bezel is really think if you ever feel like going to a dual monitor setup. They arent HDCP but I dont know if you want to play HD content down the road so it might not matter to you.

Overclocker16 Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 Sceptre is also very good in my opinion. Since your willing to spend between $250 to $350. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16824112003 is a 20.1" Widescreen $290. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16824112002 19" Widescreen $180. There are a lot of choices, but you don't need a Viewsonic or something like a big name brand to do the same work.
