Yeah, I see what your saying. I guess I still have a while before I graduate from noob college, I feel dumb for what I did.

 

Live and learn I guess, now I dont have to worry about what to do if I mess up a theme. Eventhough I still dont understand why the original theme was giving me trouble, I guess ill just drop it before I mess something else up.

Go to google.com and type in UXTHEME patcher. or install StyleXP for a 30 day trial for free.

 

Install StyleXP @ least to get your Luna theme back.

(uxtheme patcher allows you to apply and keep visual styles, also UX is my clan name for Halo)

I installed the uxtheme patch before, I just replaced the system file with a patched one.

this is a great site that has loads of registry tweaks see if the theme ones help you out, this has saved me many times wuch as when my tasks wouldnt show on my taskbar
