Verran Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 I have an XP-120 on my Opteron 148 and SLI-DR right now. It's great. Also, if you really want to go the extra mile, you should plan to lap the contact surface down. That took 2-4c off my load temps. On the lapped XP-120, my 148 at 2850mhz on stock volts sits at about 40-41c (room temp of 21-23c).
DECwakeboarder Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 Si-120 or the XP-90c. ThermalRight pretty much owns right now, but you may have to lap it, my XP-120 from a yearish ago had a decent finish, but would greatly benefit from a good lapping.
