I have my DFI nForce4 Ultra mobo (can be modded into a full SLI mobo) on pre-order. Some of the guys at XS forums have gotten some insane oc's on the DFI boards. FollowerCTO Posted January 26, 2005 Posted January 26, 2005 There are multiple variants of the nForce4 chipset: regular, Ultra, and SLI. Some of the nForce4 Ultra chipsets may be hacked to provide cheaper, but slower SLI... but, in a legal sense, there will be these three types of the chipset. MSI will have all three coming out, and so will DFI, and any other board manufacturer building nForce4 based mobos. nForce4 SLI is not the only type.
