r_target Posted January 3, 2005 Posted January 3, 2005 The MSI's may have the proper BIOS on the boards that are shipping now, but it'd be best to call before buying.
Guest FxXP Posted January 3, 2005 Posted January 3, 2005 The A8V requires the first stick of RAM to be inserted into slot 3 and does not bold well as an overclockers board. Wait for the MSI instead.
bdylyzsouless Posted January 3, 2005 Posted January 3, 2005 I just got the msi and flashed the bios. It was really easy. Now the board works perfectly.

CmpFreak88 Posted January 4, 2005 Posted January 4, 2005 When I got my motherboard it was already flashed to the latest BIOS because I was planning on doing it for my Winchester but it was already done and from what I've read all the new ones are already flashed.
