Photoshop Experts Please Help

I know its funny but its also kinda cool how her face turns all zombie like, so basically does anyone know how to get that effect with a still picture of a face? That would be so cool taking pictures of friends then photoshopping them to look like zombies.

 

Any ideas guys?

thats not all photo shop, I'm sure that makup and they had her do that twice once with makeup and once with out, and then you can blend them at the right moment.

Aw man, I didn't even think about tutorial, mainly because this is so easy. Select Martha's face and neck (cut out eyes and mouth), and replace color on the whole face. Paint some green around the eyes and black on the lips, then fog the eyes with "zombie cataracts".

 

That's probably how Martha feels in the mornings these days anyway.
