kendellrt Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 I think you could do better. Get low end A64, like 3000+, or 3200+, or even a S754 Sempron. The 9550 is not the way to go either. Pay a little more for the 9600XT, or a 9800 Pro. Bargain shop, try froogle.com, or pricegrabber.
rh535 Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 (edited) is this a good card http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProductDesc....ufactory=BROWSE im trying to save as much money as possible Edited December 10, 2004 by rh535
CmpFreak88 Posted December 10, 2004 Posted December 10, 2004 No LE card would be recommended. At least try and go for a Radeon 9600XT. I'll try and find something and get a link up, but ebay, Newegg, and ZipZoomFly are some places to start. I would also recommend going socket 939 for CPU for upgrade purposes in the future. Edit: Here's a 9600 XT for 153.50, also check refurbs there too.
