Freeder Posted October 7, 2004 Posted October 7, 2004 The constant whirling of my 42 db 120 mm sunon fan is almost driving me mad at nights sometimes. I cant imagine people putting up with 55+db tornados and such. Mind as well get some ear plugs at night and noise cancelling airphones when buying those high db fans. You either want a quiet PC..or a cool PC.....there shouldn't be a compromise..if you are so concerned with noise....build a soundproof closet for your computer(s) and keep it climate controlled.
