markiemrboo Posted October 1, 2004 Posted October 1, 2004 There will be fluctuation. Mine kinda undervolts (according to MBM5 readings) by 0.5v worst case. So if I have it set to say 1.65v in BIOS, it's high will be 1.65, but it's low can go as low as 1.60v ... which is rather annoying to say the least DEFAULT in this case probably means 1.70v, I gues you can adjust that setting right? So when Prime95 starts throwing errors, bump that up a little bit. 1.75v would be the next step if you can. Test again, see if it's stable But, just to emphasize(?) the point... the fluctuation you're seeing is normal.
