ClayMeow Posted September 17, 2004 Posted September 17, 2004 Go with the ram it will run much better in games and such. definitely the ram, without question. 512mb is seriously holding back your system's capabilities currently. 512 is now the "standard", meaning any hardcore gamer or computer enthusiast should have 1 GB minimum.
