Flagg7771234 Posted August 24, 2004 Posted August 24, 2004 Well I just got in these cool LED switches from SVC, went to hook them up and POP goes 4 12" lights http://www.svc.com/rocksw-blu-24.html Any one know how these hookup? they have 4 posts, one is ovbiosly the + and the other are - and - but when I turned it on it blew the lights, check with another inverter... I have not checked the inverted but it seems to be ok. I'm bummed! 4 lights, all gone.... hope SVC will allow an RMA.. but then again they are only $7 for a set of 2... $14 is not the worse misshap I have had Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
General Posted August 24, 2004 Posted August 24, 2004 they are Double Pole Double throw by the sounds of it. Do a search on google for DPDT switch Wiring. because i cat remeber how. essentilly tho u can make the upswitch run a fan at 12V the downswitch run at 5V and the middle not run at all.
