OptikaliLLusion Posted June 16, 2004 Posted June 16, 2004 http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc....-109-115&depa=0 Oh, and will it work on an NF7-S?
FollowerCTO Posted June 16, 2004 Posted June 16, 2004 No, no 92mm tornado on this bad boy. But since the fins are made out of aluminum, and aluminum disipates heat faster than copper, you shouldn't need a 92mm fan. the 80mm tornado should work wonders on it. And yes, it should fit that mobo. It uses the socket clips, so it will be faster to install and more compatible.
Mangar Posted June 16, 2004 Posted June 16, 2004 It doesn't look like it, There would most likely be a second set of holes in the sides for the fan clips along with a set of clips that fit 92mm.
DarkScorpion Posted June 16, 2004 Posted June 16, 2004 No, the ALX800 doesnt have support for 92mm fans, only 80. It MIGHT be able to fit a 92x92x25mm fan, but I wouldnt hold my breath. The Heatsink, although, is very good, Im fixing to buy it along with my new motherboard. It outperforms a Volcano12 and SLK-800 (the ALX800 is the replaccement for the SLK-800)

shervin2 Posted June 16, 2004 Posted June 16, 2004 Yo, your best bet it to get a Swiftech MCX462-V or a Thermalright SP97. Best coolers and both can work with any 92mm's.
