r_target Posted April 19, 2004 Posted April 19, 2004 I'd like to learn how to do it,I got the GIF animated, but would I have to do it frame by frame(take apart my animation and put each successive frame on the static background and re-animate it)? There's got to be a way I can paste the animated GIF on a background,I'm just a little too slow to figure it out

ClayMeow Posted April 20, 2004 Posted April 20, 2004 there's two ways. ImageReady you'd have to break it down frame by frame. But if you have FlashMX, you can import the animated gif...it will automatically import/create all frames, and then you can put anything in the background...static, or animated. The only problem i've had with flash, is that they always seem to be larger file sizes than with image ready..even if i try to lessen quality...but if you don't care for size, they usually look smoother.
