Black64 Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 (edited) 1. Yes, I think the airflow should be fine. Personally I would choose a larger case IMHO. 2. No, I think it's about the same. Again, a larger case would be better. 3. Not always, my current case doesn't have a side fan (unlike my old HAF 922) and my card stays just as cool. Side note - If your so worried about cooling and airflow, get one good card instead of 2. You will see much cooler temps and the same or better FPS. I ran SLI and CF setups for awhile and went to a single strong card and never looked back. Edited June 20, 2014 by Black64
phil69 Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 I've got a P183 and it has good air flow. I added a second intake fan which ups the amount of air available for cooling. If you have the case why not build your system now and if the cooling isn't good enough then look for another case.
Hyper Threaded Posted June 23, 2014 Posted June 23, 2014 The Antec P18x is still a solid case with decent cooling, in fact it's one of the better quiet optimised cases still. You can upgrade case fans if you need more cooling.
