alonbl Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 So now I'm on 4.3GHZ offset voltage of +0.01 and the LLC is medium. So it's fine? the overclocking saga is over?
Smiki007 Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 (edited) It's fine. If you want to go over 4.3GHz, you'll need an LCS. One AIO (H110, H100i, Kraken x60, Eisberg 240L Prestige...), would do the job for, let say, 4.5GHz. ccokeman Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 Using an H100 I have my current 3770 at 4.7 Ghz primne stable with temps up to 90C. This chip will be going under a full water loop as soon as I get the time to do it. 3770K's are finicky and the difference between how the voltage scales and the tempertures follow are not linear. Smiki007 Posted August 16, 2013 Posted August 16, 2013 Wow 90C to hot (extremely hot). Do not recommend, but any way like I said with one H100 or similar he can get 4.5GHZ with temps near or under 80C on stress.
