Are you going to hard-tube them or use standard tubing? If there's enough room between them standard barbs and some flexible tubing will do the trick as long as the barbs aren't too misaligned.

On the picture I see a soft hose fitting. If you use those, then two different waterblocks will work in one loop.

 

I had two different waterblocks for two 8800GTX's and they were only one degree different if that. I used hose loops, not hard fittings.
