I hear the TDP 95W doesn't change when you unlock it to six cores and turn on turbo to overclock from 2.9ghz to 3.2ghz per core. Is this true? If that's the case then I could technically use the same cheap heatsink and fan over the cpu right now if I only unlock and use the built in turbo. If not then it isn't guaranteed that it will unlock every time, in fact with that chip its probably pretty unlikely you will be able to unlock it to a hex.
