El_Capitan Posted November 8, 2010 Posted November 8, 2010 On Wednesday night 11/03/2010, I sent an e-mail to Swiftech Customer Support (Michelle) saying I needed a AP-XT-Multi-HDP since Swiftech states: The Apogee XT water-blocks included with the H20-220 Ultima, Ultima Plus kits, and the Apogee XTL included with the Edge series of kits, are compatible with all the most popular processors available on the market. In an effort to cut on waste however, the retention mechanisms for some of the less common platforms have not been physically included in the kits, but they are available for free on demand. They are: Hold-down plate for Intel® legacy server platforms (socket 771, Xeon) Hold-down plate for AMD® socket 754, 939, F, AM2, AM3 If you own one of the above platforms, all you have to do is contact customer support and the part will be shipped to you at no charge by express mail or equivalent. The following terms and conditions apply: Worldwide except EEC and Australia: Please email within 90 days of your date of purchase (proof of purchase required), call, write or Fax to Swiftech customer service... Friday 11/05/2010, I got an e-mail in the morning confirming my shipping address. Saturday 11/06/2010, I get the part via USPS Express Mail. I was like 86 days from the date of purchase, too. ++ Positive for Swiftech Customer Support!
