paulktreg Posted October 24, 2010 Posted October 24, 2010 I think you can press F11 whilst in the bios and there's an option to save 8 different CMOS profiles?
dr_bowtie Posted October 24, 2010 Posted October 24, 2010 its in the manual. If I am not mistaken that board has 2 BIOS chips just for that reason...if the OC fails and corrupts the BIOS you load the BIOS from the second chip and can reflash the first one
Locutus Posted October 24, 2010 Posted October 24, 2010 Isn't there usually a "load failsafe default" option in most BIOS? I know there has been one in pretty much every system I've worked on...
dr_bowtie Posted October 24, 2010 Posted October 24, 2010 yes but if the BIOS is corrupt you wont even see that option as that is the BIOS....
SpeedCrazy Posted October 24, 2010 Posted October 24, 2010 I dont know about that board in particular but some you can save profiles to a USB device.
