At the speeds you want I would say to drop your vcore lower . There is no need to be that high to get to 3 to 3.2 gig.

do you mean a 930? max multiplyer on a 920 is 21..

If you enable Turbo, force 21x, and then enable C-State, you can get 22x multi... but it only works for single core load, and the max OC will be a lot less than using the 21x with C-State disabled.
