mazakman Posted September 29, 2009 Posted September 29, 2009 (edited) Well the old man has finally taken the plunge and upgraded somewhat... not the latest and greatest but for me it's a leap off the deep end. The hardware that I purchased was economically minded and as for the ram I purchased some ddr2 8500 Reapers for a fair price locally... a graphics card will follow sometime around Christmas as I know that some of you will rant on that aspect of my rig but that's OK. Could anyone help me in getting my memory running at specified timings please (5-5-5-18 and 1066MHz). NB: For the moment I'm using the stock cooler. I will probably purchase something from Thermalright once I get to know my hardware better before taking anything beyond specifications. Thanks, Alex.
