If you have the latest drivers you should be able to go into ati overdrive in ccc. If not you can download rivatuner http://downloads.guru3d.com/RivaTuner-v2.0...wnload-163.html and the config file for the 4890 http://www.guru3d.com/article/overclocking...adeon-hd-4890/2. 900/1100 should be stable in every game and work on stock volts.
