I got it to 4.15GHZ and was working my way up to 4.3GHZ when I decided it wasn't worth the voltage I was putting into the chip and northbridge. About the northbridge voltage, what's the limit? If you are really scared about it just feel the northbridge heatsink and make sure it isn't hot to the touch. If it is you can add a fan directed towards it or obviously turn down the voltage.
