what thing that makes cpu temp get higher

 

coz compared to my phenom II x4

 

my athlon x2 is much cooler even using the standard cooler,,

 

the phenom instead using sunbeam ccf

 

the phenom II is 40 - 50

 

the athlon x2 is 25-35

 

anyone tell me please,, thx ^^

The Athlon X2 has 2 less cores generating heat than a Phenom II X4.

 

All 3 of the Athlon II X2 CPUs (240,245, and 250) are 65W TDP. The Athlon II X4 945 is 95W TDP.

Phenom II X4 940 is 125W TDP, and both the Phenom II X4 955 and 965 are 140W TDP.

what about the air circulation in your case , and the room temp .........?

my temps drop 3-9 degrees C when the room temp is 20 idle gpu

right now i can find the reading i got for my cpu , :angry2: , grrrr...............

well the circulation must be good,, i already use haf 932 now

 

with some coolermaster fan 90 CFM

 

i don't know my room temp,, but i think it's normal,, anyway i'm not using Air Conditioner

but my processor cooler a little maybe because of the casing bigger
